sms:events worked with a pharmaceutical company to plan their annual conference in Malta.
As well as finding a suitable venue for the conference (The Westin) and co-ordinating the meeting and accommodation logistics, we managed the entire invitation and registration process for 250 international employees. We worked closely with a local ground agent to arrange external dining venues such as the unique Saluting Battery in Valetta and Popeye Village in Il Mellieha.
We worked very closely with our UK based production company and managed all the delegate logistics for the event – co-ordinating transfers, meet and greet services at the airport, manning the hospitality desks at the venue as well as overseeing the various catering teams.
This was the first time we had worked with this client, and they were so impressed they immediately booked our services for their next event in Central Europe.
